 Alexander A. Miuccio
Mr. Miuccio is a partner with Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP and director of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group.
Mr. Miuccio’s practice is devoted to representing general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. He has a wealth of experience in labor relations and employment law. His extensive experience includes collective bargaining on behalf of management with the construction trades, grievances and arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, ERISA litigation and Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds. Mr. Miuccio received his J.D. from St. John’s University Law School. He is currently General Counsel to Construction Industry Council of Westchester and Hudson Valley (CIC); the Association of NYC Concrete Producers; the Contracting Stone Setters Association, the Marble Industry of New York, Inc.; and the Mosaic Terrazzo & Specialty Contractors Association.
Mr. Miuccio has lectured and authored articles for the Construction Industry and is a monthly contributor to the Attorney’s Column for the Construction News.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Miuccio is also past president of The Columbian Lawyers Association.
