MICHAEL I. SILVERSTEIN
 Michael I. Silverstein received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from FordhamUniversity and a Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law. He is admitted to practice law before the State and Federal Courts in New York, including the United States Supreme Court and the Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Silverstein represents sureties, owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in disputes arising from public and private construction projects. He is experienced in contract negotiations, the prosecution and defense of claims, mechanic’s liens, surety law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Silverstein is an active member of the Construction Law Committee of the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
