Aisling Brady

Aisling Brady is an Associate at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, where she practices Construction Law. Ms. Brady has experience in subcontractor claims and disputes, negotiation of contracts and leases and various other related areas. Utilizing her knowledge of the industry, Ms. Brady advises on a wide variety of issues that face developers, owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Prior to joining Welby, Brady & Greenblatt in 2017, Ms. Brady worked in the Risk Management Department at Triton Construction Company, a large New York City based construction management company. Ms. Brady has also practiced extensively in the area of commercial litigation in the Republic of Ireland, where she represented numerous high-profile clients in courts of all jurisdictions, up to and including the Court of Justice of the European Union.
