Alan D. Singer, Partner

Alan D. Singer is a Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP where his practice focuses on real estate transactions, leasing, financing, planning and zoning. He has also authored dozens of offering plans for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations on behalf of many real estate developers. Landmark cases on which Mr. Singer has worked include Pine Hill Association v. Malveaux, in which he established the right to self-help in the event of a tenant default.

Mr. Singer is admitted to practice law by the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the White Plains Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.

Mr. Singer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College and his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
