Michael E. Greenblatt, Partner

Michael E. Greenblatt is a Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP where his practice centers on all aspects of construction law. He has extensive experience in the management of complex litigation matters through arbitration and trial. Mr. Greenblatt has two reported cases: West-Fair Electric Contractors, et al. v. Aetna Casualty & Surety Co., et al. and Atlas Building Systems, Inc. v. Rende.

Mr. Greenblatt is admitted to practice law by the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted by the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.

In addition, Mr. Greenblatt is Co-Chair of the Westchester County Bar Association Construction Law Committee and a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Construction Financial Management Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Greenblatt is also Counsel for The Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley, Inc. Mr. Greenblatt has been recognized by the New York Times’ Super Lawyers and New York Magazine’s Best Lawyers on multiple occasions.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Greenblatt was an estimator with a major electrical contracting company in New York City.

Mr. Greenblatt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY New Paltz and his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University Law School.
