Alan D. Singer is a Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP where his practice focuses on real estate transactions, leasing, financing, planning and zoning. He has also authored dozens of offering plans for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations on behalf of many real estate developers. Landmark cases on which Mr. Singer has worked include Pine Hill Association v. Malveaux, in which he established the right to self-help in the event of a tenant default.
