Alan D. Singer is a highly experienced Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP. With over 50 years of experience, Mr. Singer concentrates his practice in real estate transactions, leasing, financing, planning, and zoning. He has successfully represented clients in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements. Additionally, Mr. Singer has authored dozens of offering plans for condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations on behalf of numerous real estate developers.

Mr. Singer has an impressive track record of working on landmark cases. Notably, he was instrumental in Pine Hill Association v. Malveaux, where he established the right to self-help in the event of a tenant default. Mr. Singer's expertise extends beyond litigation, as he also advises clients on complex real estate matters, including planning and zoning issues. He is well-versed in local, state, and federal real estate regulations and helps clients navigate complex legal issues to achieve successful outcomes.
