Lita M. Ward is an Associate at Welby, Brady, & Greenblatt, where she concentrates in construction law, general commercial litigation, land use and zoning, and employment law. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Ward practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, working for Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). While at Pace Law, she received her Certificate in Environmental Law and was a Federal Judicial Extern for the Honorable Colleen McMahon, in the Southern District of New York. She began her legal career as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant in the Southern District of New York. Subsequently, she practiced in an array of different areas of litigation in both New York and Connecticut law firms. In addition to providing legal services, Ms. Ward is dedicated to establishing a role as “counselor at law” for every client, as each client’s objectives are unique.
