WB&G Kicks Off 2021 with Promotions and Additions to the Team

WB&G is pleased to announce that Frank Gramarossa has been named Partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP. Mr. Gramarossa joined the firm in June of 2015 as an Associate. Prior to joining Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, Mr. Gramarossa worked as an accountant at Turner Construction Company, working full-time for Turner while earning his law degree at St. John’s University. After earning his degree, Mr. Gramarossa served as Associate Counsel for Turner, managing various legal aspects and compliance functions in support of Turner’s operations. Mr. Gramarossa’s responsibilities included the management of subcontractor claims and disputes, negotiations of owner contracts and leases for field offices, filing bond applications to discharge mechanic’s liens, and ensuring compliance with NYC Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Project Labor Agreements.

During his time at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, Mr. Gramarossa has implemented his vast knowledge and experience in the construction industry to become an effective advocate for general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers, and owners in connection with both private construction projects and public works projects. Mr. Gramarossa has developed substantial experience prosecuting various construction lawsuits and arbitrations, including contract and payment disputes, mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions, labor and material payment bond claims, while also successfully defending clients in various construction defect actions. Mr. Gramarossa also has extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating construction contracts.

Andreas M. Koudellou joins Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP as an Associate where he specializes in construction law matters in addition to general commercial litigation. Andreas advises and represents general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers and owners in connection with both private construction projects and large public works. During the course of his career, Andreas has developed extensive experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, along with the prosecution and defense of construction claims.

Andreas graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was the Senior Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
