WELBY, BRADY & GREENBLATT, LLP CELEBRATES 30th ANNIVERSARY

White Plains, New York, June 30, 2018: Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, an industry leader in construction law, is pleased to announce the celebration of their 30th Anniversary.

The firm was founded in June 1988 by Thomas H. Welby, an attorney and civil engineer who wanted to focus his extensive experience in the design and construction of buildings, roads, bridges, dams and similar structures, on the practice of construction law. At the very beginning, the firm was just Thomas and Lillian Welby, in a small two room office located in Westchester County.

By concentrating exclusively on construction law, it didn't take long for Welby & Welby to become a noteworthy law firm recognized by those throughout the construction industry in the tristate area. In 1992, Michael Greenblatt joined the firm, bringing with him extensive experience in construction litigation and in the electrical contracting business where he had worked in the family business.

By the mid-1990's, Welby & Welby continued to expand, and developed into Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, when in 1996, Gerard P. Brady, also a civil engineer, merged his construction law practice into the firm. Today, the firm continues to be a leading construction law practice representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, engineers and developers throughout the tristate area.
