Austin S. Brown is an Associate at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP., where his practice centers on all aspects of construction and real estate law, including complex litigation matters through arbitration, trial and appeal. Mr. Brown received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. 

Mr. Brown briefed and argued as Appellee before the Supreme Court of Connecticut in Abel v. Johnson, 334 Conn. 917, 222 A.3d 104 (2020) regarding enforcement of restrictive covenants, inter alia. Mr. Brown has been nationally published in PIA Magazine for his work on mergers and insurance policy contractual interpretation.
